Our
Story
What is Siddhim?
Derived from the word ‘Siddhi’ which means ‘attainment’, Siddhim denotes ‘attainment of one’s purpose’ (Udeshi purthi).
It symbolizes wholeness, completion, ‘attainment of the absolute’!
For the soul, it correspondence to ‘freedom -being mukt.’ This is freedom from the cycles of life and death, freedom from the bondage of karma, and freedom from the self (illusion of I).
For the self, and in context of the school it represents the zeal and acceptance.
It is about discovering, refining and living the ‘distinct’ self to the fullest capacity while being spiritually aware and ethically driven.
Here at the Siddhim the aim is to develop individuals- ‘Siddhim Champions’ into leaders of the future.
What is अप्पा में नंदणवणं ?
आत्मा में ही नंदन वन है - हमारी स्वयं की आत्मा ही नंदन वन है!
‘Nandan vanam’ is metaphorical expression that symbolizes an environment flourishing with life & delight, adorned by a lush canopy of trees, the serenity of rivers, the stillness of lakes, the purity of atmosphere, abundance of resources and an echo of zeal & harmony.
There lies a forest on Mt. Meru unmatched in beauty expanse, and grandeur. It is home to numerous busy animals, humans and devas alike.
This ‘nandan van’ represents the enternal happiness that a soul seeks to accomplish as their ultimate goal in life.
At Siddhim, we believe every child is a नंदण वणं within themselves! Every child has the power to realize the power of eternal happiness within them, their soul where one feels happy within their own self – and they do not seek happiness outside.
‘You are Nandanvan, I am Nandanvan’ - each one of us is not a seeker in the forest but the FOREST itself!
ABUNDANT, ALIVE, LIMITLESS, PEACEFUL, AND COMPLETE!
What is Siddhim’s vision?
A. DISTINCT FORTE
Refers to a very specific and individual area of strength or skill! Every child is born with the potential to be a genius! But to truly realize one’s unique talent (DISTINCT FORTE)
At Siddhim, educators emphasize on unleashing a child’s distinct forte to harp on the inner strengths and make them better individuals.
“Buffet is sincere. He loves what he does and genuinely believes that his reputation as the world’s greatest investor is due to his ability to carve out a role that plays to his particular strengths”
B] SPIRITUAL BASE
Siddhim’s 4 core pillars (सम्यक ज्ञान, सम्यक दर्शन, सम्यक चारित्र, सम्यक तप) enshrine the core fundamentals that Siddhim aspires to imbibe within its children
नाणं च दंसणं चेव, चरित्तं च तवो तहा। एस मग्गो ति पन्नत्तो, जिणेहिं वर-दंसीहिं देसिओ ।।
- श्रीमद् उत्तराध्ययन सूत्र
