CULTURE
Culture shapes how a child thinks, acts, and relates to the world long before formal learning does.
At Siddhim, culture is therefore not treated as an add-on or a set of values to be spoken about. It is the foundation through which daily life unfolds.
Culture here is not taught through lessons or talks.
It is lived through rhythm, conduct, and shared responsibility.
Children grow into culture by being part of it - through how the day begins, how work is done, how silence is kept, and how people treat one another. Over time, this creates steadiness, clarity, and inner discipline.
A Shared Culture
The same cultural standards apply to children, teachers, and staff.
Adults model the conduct expected of children in language, punctuality, discipline, and behaviour. There are no special exemptions. Culture holds because it is shared.
